1. Custom project pricing

uPVC windows and doors are made to suit each opening, so this website does not publish a fixed universal price list. We provide a written quotation after understanding the product, size, quantity, finish and installation requirements.

2. What affects the price

• Opening dimensions, quantity and window or door configuration.
• Sliding or casement system, profile series and reinforcement requirements.
• Glass type, thickness, design and performance requirements.
• Hardware, locking, mesh, accessories and chosen finish.
• Site location, access, floor level, installation scope and transport.
• Applicable taxes and any separately stated civil or finishing work.

3. Estimates and final quotation

An initial phone, message or drawing-based estimate is indicative. Final price may change after site measurement, technical review or confirmation of specifications. The most recent written quotation accepted by both parties is the controlling price document.

4. Included and excluded work

Each quotation should identify the products, specifications, quantity, installation or delivery work and taxes included. Items not listed—such as structural repair, major civil work, scaffolding, electrical relocation, painting or unusual access equipment—are excluded unless added in writing.

5. Taxes and quotation validity

Applicable taxes will be shown in or added as stated by the quotation and invoice. Each quotation states its own validity period because profile, glass, hardware, logistics and input costs may change. A quotation that has expired may be revised before acceptance.

6. Payment schedule

The advance, progress payments and final balance are specified in the written quotation or order confirmation. Work may be scheduled, materials ordered or manufacturing started after the required advance is received. Please use only the payment details shown on an authorised Laxmi Fenestration document and confirm any unexpected payment-detail change by calling us.

7. Customer-requested changes

Changes to size, system, glass, colour, hardware, quantity, delivery location or installation scope may require a revised quotation and schedule. We will seek written confirmation before proceeding with a material price change.

8. Cancellation, refund and adjustment

Custom products may not be reusable for another customer. Any cancellation, refund or deduction will therefore depend on the stage of measurement, design, procurement, manufacturing and installation; non-recoverable committed costs; the accepted quotation; and applicable law. Project-specific terms in the accepted written quotation take priority.

9. Errors and corrections

If a clear calculation, quantity or typographical error is found before acceptance, we may correct and reissue the quotation. If an error is found after acceptance, we will contact the customer promptly and seek a fair written resolution consistent with the agreed scope and applicable law.

10. Ask for a quotation

For the most useful estimate, share the project location, product type, approximate dimensions or quantity, preferred finish and whether the work is for a new building or renovation.
