Jharaka Bala is the website and customer-facing brand of Laxmi Fenestration, a uPVC windows and doors manufacturer based in Khoradakanta, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Laxmi Fenestration.

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, product interest, project location and the details you choose to include in your message. For security and abuse prevention, our systems may also process technical information such as an IP-address hash, submission time and browser request information.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid sending financial account details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information in the enquiry form.

The public website uses a session cookie needed for form security. The protected admin area also uses a session cookie for authorised access. If bot protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical data needed to verify that a submission is genuine. The contact page embeds Google Maps, which may receive technical information when the map loads. Those providers apply their own privacy terms.

9. Your requests and grievance

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for information about your personal data, request correction or erasure, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 provides the current statutory framework for digital personal data in India.

Our products and website are intended for adults planning property or building work. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information may contact us to request its removal.
