1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of jharakabala.com, operated by Laxmi Fenestration, Khoradakanta, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Product sales, installation and project work are also governed by the written quotation, order confirmation or agreement accepted by the customer.

2. Website information

Website photographs, colours, illustrations, product descriptions and benefit statements are provided for general information. Screen settings, lighting, material batches, component availability and project specifications may cause variations. Final selections and specifications should be confirmed in the written quotation or order.

3. Enquiries are not orders

Submitting the contact form, sending a message or discussing a project does not create an order or guarantee supply. A project becomes confirmed only after site requirements are understood, a written quotation or order is accepted, and any stated advance payment is received.

4. Measurements and site conditions

Final pricing and manufacturing normally depend on verified measurements and site conditions. Customers must provide accurate project information, lawful access, a safe work area and any required civil, electrical or finishing work described in the quotation. Changes in measurements, opening condition or scope may require a revised price and timeline.

5. Quotations, payment and changes

Prices, taxes, payment stages, quotation validity and included work are stated in the written quotation. Requested changes after confirmation may affect cost and completion time and should be agreed in writing. Please also read our Price Policy.

6. Delivery and installation

Any manufacturing, delivery or installation date is a good-faith estimate unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. Weather, site readiness, material availability, transport, building access and approved changes may affect scheduling. We will communicate material changes reasonably and work with the customer on a revised plan.

7. Warranty and service

Any product, profile, glass, hardware, fabrication or installation warranty will be the warranty stated in the written quotation, invoice or manufacturer documentation. Warranty support may require reasonable access for inspection and does not cover misuse, unauthorised alteration, accidental damage, structural movement or excluded maintenance items unless applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Made-to-measure products may enter procurement or production after confirmation. Cancellation, refund and adjustment terms therefore depend on project stage, committed materials, completed work, the accepted quotation and applicable law. 9. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, submit unlawful or abusive material, or use automated systems to overload the contact form. The website’s original brand assets, text and design are owned by or licensed to Laxmi Fenestration and may not be copied commercially without permission.

10. Third-party services

The website may link to or embed services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and Cloudflare Turnstile. Those services are operated independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Responsibility

We aim to keep website information accurate and the service reasonably available. To the extent permitted by law, Laxmi Fenestration is not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by website unavailability, third-party services or reliance on general website information instead of a confirmed written specification. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
